pie.pie.and.pie.

THis week is the end of my Baking and Pastry class. 
and suprisingly i have mixed emotions.
i am SO JAZZED to be no longer baking, but at the same time, i am nervous to move on because baking is becoming so familiar to me.


my final practical is on thursday and i am FREAKING OUT. 5 hours to make Rolls, Pie, Creme Anglaise, Cookies, Muffins and Pate a Choux. 
But--thanks to my friends and family who have so kindly allowed me to make things/practice for them.
