and i just got back from wisconsin last week.

it was THEEEE BEST.

thats why you have 2 every 3 years.

yep. noodles were cooked in beer. cheese sauce had beer in it. and it was DELISH.

and of course, we ate like 20 bags of cheese curds 

and i had 3 bratwurst's!

my FAVORITE place to eat there is Ella's Deli. 

there are just so many crazy contraptions everywhere, the tables have games in them, toys everywhere. 

and i got a ruby strawberry fields drink. sugar overload. but heyy i couldn't resist!

we stopped by University of Wisconsin. 

i loved the campus. really.

these girls are so cute, and fun. they are my cousins Falan and Brooke.

 i am going to miss them SO MUCH. 

and i look several walks to the beach at rock lake.

so lovely.

potato pellets.

i think some of you know how much of a freak i am. 

so when i was at the emporium at thanksgiving point the other day, i saw these beauties. 

a potato gun.

this thing shoots up to 300 potato pellets from just one potato. 

SO MUCH FUN.  so i bought 2!

and Jennica had so much fun with them one evening!

such a great investment. 2 dollars?!!

i am concidering taking it to work and shooting people. secretly. 

this makes up for me never having a mashmallow gun.

fries.

here is the thing.

one of my biggest guilty pleasures is french fries. 

i think about them all the time. especially when i am at work and it takes all my strength to not just stop my mc'd's on my way home and grab a small order. i'm serious. luckily, i have enough self control to stop myself. 

my favorite fast food fries are BY FAR mcdonalds. they are super salty, small and cooked to perfection everytime. 

i also really enjoy sliders gourmet (but i know for a fact that are cooked in lard. hence, the goodness.)

orr any kind of sweet potato fry will satisfy me. 

but yesterday at work i had a few friends tell me all about Thanksgiving Point's deli fries. claiming them to be the best. naturally, i had to go. 

results: DELISH. i really loved them. they have kosher salt and herb seasonings on them, which made all the difference. i TOTES recommend them.

wow--here i am. a whole post dedicated to fries. 

OH. AND THE CALIFORNIA BURGER? amazing. there was like 1/2 an avocado on that thing. so so good.

after work jenn, alyssa stucki and i started a fire. 

just to have some smores. 

twas the funnest thing... spur of the moment. just talking and enjoying each others company! loveeed it!

burnt!

went to seven peaks with jennica, jerra, and melissa on thursday.

and NO it really wasn't that cold. i got fried. my face, looks TERRIBLE. it's the worst burn i have ever had on my face. and yes, i did have scumscreen on.

and you really can't get a look at my burn unless you see me in person. i can't get a picture to do it justice.

p.S. look how freaking long my hair is! i feel like i can now talk about it because i have officially been growing it out for one whole year. i'm so proud of myself. it's growing so fast! i think in another year's time it will be ideal length! seriously.. look at how short it was the last time i cut it.

i can't believe it's been a YEAR since i graduated from high school. 

and how i do NOT miss that place one bit. 

but my sweet little emily graduated on thursday! finally.

between doing extra credit, teachers passing her for not even doing the class, escaping about 75 dollars worth of parking tickets, and teacher dropping some of her absenses. she still graduated. and i couldn't be more proud. 

it's about time she joined me in the real world instead of being locked some psychotic dungeon with dictator, chick poop. 
(did i really just say that?)

(we took her to macaroni grill for dinn dinn.)
