so much food.

sorry that i am completely surrounded by food about eighty percent of my days. 
here are just a few dishes from cuban night:
Pumpkin Coconut soup & Okra Soup!
coconut sticky rice, pan seared sea bass, mango and avocado salsa on top 

mojito sorbet
blackberry mousse
guava puff pastry dessert with rum ice cream


and this past week we prepared french cuisine! i was in charge of desserts.

frog legs appitezer, and marinated mushroom salad

ESCARGOT. (really didn't appreciate the texture.)
creme brulee & apple tart with apple brandy ice cream!
duck with orange reduction
sirloin with whipped potatoes, asparagus and bearnaise sauce. droolingjustthinkingaboutit.
profiteroles filled with coconut, chocolate and blackberry pastry creams. 
served with caramel and & raspberry sauce.

and finally-- my parents came to the restaurant on french night! they are just the cutest. 
i LOVED having them there!
